, president of ALI international sales, when Ayala Land opened in Singapore it had meant to target to the overseas Filipino workers market but was surprised when many Singaporeans also showed interest. The company is hoping to duplicate this experience in Hong Kong.

ALI has a wide real estate coverage in the Philippines, covering residential subdivisions and condominiums, commercial buildings, industrial business parks, shopping centres and hotel and entertainment operations. Ayala Land International Marketing (Hong Kong) was officially unveiled on 16 February 2014.
